An evolution we aim for is:
1. Keeping the review system you already know, with different flags (synchronous).
2. Add an asynchronous feedback, allowing you to express more.
Synchronous flags focus on giving details about the project and its rate (OK/KO).
Asynchronous flags focus on giving details about the reviewee(s) for pedagogical needs.
This survey aims to define the wording, and needs for all flags.
